• 	Jesus' Baptism Matthew 3:13-17	The voice of the Father declares Jesus the beloved Son while the Spirit descends upon him. PRO-LIFE INTENTION: That all baptized Christians will be open to the Holy Spirit and bear witness to the sanctity of life.	Just as in our baptism, the Spirit descended upon us, we are constantly being reborn each day in our discernment by God's grace.
  	Wedding at Cana John 2:1-11	The first of the signs, when Christ changes water into wine and opens the hearts of the disciples to faith, thanks to the intervention of Mary. PRO-LIFE INTENTION: For all husbands and wives, that they treasure the priceless gift of married love by generously accepting children through procreation and adoption.	Our hearts are constantly being opened to faith through the intervention of Mary so that we can see the signs and wonders of God working in our lives.
  	Proclamation of the Kingdom Matthew 5:1-16 Mark 2:3-13 Luke 7:47- 48 John 20:22-23	Jesus' preaching is a call to conversion and the forgiveness of sins. PRO-LIFE INTENTION: That those who pray and work for greater respect for human life will be guided by the Beatitudes and reveal the face of Christ to others.	We ask God that we may respond to the Gospel by repenting in the Sacrament of Reconciliation and receive forgiveness for our sins.
  	Transfiguration Luke 9:28-36	The glory of the Godhead shines forth from the face of Christ on Mount Tabor. PRO-LIFE INTENTION: That our world will be transfigured by the witness of faithful Christians so that all may understand the priceless value of every human being.	We see the glory of Christ in the faces of the people whom we meet.
  	Institution of the Eucharist Luke 24:13-35 1 Cor. 11:23-29	Jesus took bread, blessed it: "Take and eat, this is My Body." aking the wine he said, "This cup is the new covenant in my Blood, shed for you." PRO-LIFE INTENTION: That through our worthy reception of the Eucharist and frequent Eucharistic Adoration, Jesus will teach us to love sacrificially the least and neediest among us.	We are strengthened by the Eucharist each day to continue our journey of discernment.
