International Priests

The Office for International Priests oversees the entry and placement of diocesan externs and international priests. The office anticipates the priests’ arrival and finds a suitable placement for him. The office also facilitates the granting of faculties.

The Diocese of Superior receives international priests for three years. Unless the diocesan  international priest makes the extraordinary decision to incardinate, the expectation is that he return home.
