The word disciple means "learner." It is used in every age to describe the process of being followers of Christ.  While each person's journey is unique - in so far as our relationship with God is unique - there are similarities in how we move toward God.

All are invited to consider involvement in one of our diocesan retreat programs to:

• promote reconciliation and healing  
• nurture all vocations 
• develop leadership
• form friendships
• provide affordable retreat opportunities

A hallmark of genuine faith development as a disciple is that of conversion.  Real conversion is centered on God and results in turning toward God rather than ourselves or values inconsistent with the gospel. Our awareness of God present within us and among us expands as we seek to meet the needs of others and expand the kingdom of God.
